Date: 2010-10-29 12:01 am (UTC)A new B5 vid! And such an awesome one. Now I'm nostalgic, too, for one of my most favorite shows ever. You done it justice, there.

Date: 2010-10-29 12:41 am (UTC)If you're looking for more B5 vids, I've got a couple more from earlier this year: West of the Moon and East of the Sun (Sheridan/Delenn, "Sleeping in Light"-centric) and A House Divided (Talia's alternate personality).

Date: 2010-10-30 05:11 pm (UTC)it seems to me that slower songs must be harder to vid to -- to keep a sense of motion, I guess
I haven't yet vidded to a song that's really fast, but I've made vids to more up-tempo songs than this, and...for me, anyway, once I get over the feeling of, "Oh noes, I'm not cutting fast enough to keep people's interest!", a vid for a slow song will fall into its own rhythm just like a vid for a faster song. I found that the hardest part of making this vid was getting as many of the characters in the "Army of Light" into it as I could.

Date: 2010-11-06 09:18 pm (UTC)I just got into B5 about two years ago, but I've been more fannish about it than I have been for anything in as long as I can remember. There's just so much there to love!

Date: 2010-10-27 12:34 am (UTC)For some reason, I tend to naturally want to pair space porn and slower music. I think perhaps I got really into the Voyager credits at a particularly impressionable age. (Yeah, the show kind of sucked, but man, their credits were PRETTY.)
