I could see the B5 ficlets working together as one piece.

I hadn't thought of it when I posted them, but I could see that. The first one has a half-finished other half where the appointed day comes, and they kind of nervously dance around each other until they finally go out to dinner or something. The second snippet is the beginning of my Political Intrigue in St. Petersburg epic that I can never seem to either finish or completely put away.
