icepixieWell, the case was the stupidest thing ever (any motivation whatsoever for burning down toy stores? Who needs that?), and since this was shown out of order Kate and Megan hadn't had their detente yet so that was annoying, but at least Peter finally got some character development!
And of course he's going to have adoption issues. If his birth parents don't turn out to be criminals sometime later this year, I will eat assorted headgear. (Also, I get burying the envelope with their info with his dad, but...did his mother not know the same information? Or was she dead already?)
Speaking of the dead dad, I see he and Megan will have something to bond over when she inevitably exhumes her father.
His story about getting shot and then finding he liked medicine while he was in rehab was...vague. I'm going to fanwank that he wasn't allowed back on the police force because of his injury or something more substantial.
Ethan was gold tonight. "You gotta go to the movies." "I think I left something in a place that isn't here." (So did we all, friend. If I never hear Kate and Megan bitch at each other about Todd, it will be too soon, and we still have two more episodes from last season to go.) It was kind of adorable when Kate showed up all dressed up for her date and he got very flustered, though.
Megan and Peter were kind of cute together now and again. I enjoyed her almost hugging him only to stop because of his shoulder. (Maybe she can hug him later?)
Megan: "I just don't think we'll [Kate and Todd] be double-dating any time soon."
Kate: "Well, that would imply you going on a date."
Me: "YES, IT WOULD! AND I KNOW THE PERFECT PERSON FOR IT!!"
