Lanie & Megan complain about Large Fuzzy Dogs (i.e. Dief) contaminating their crime scene(s)...until Dief wins them over with his inescapable charm. Whereupon Lanie & Megan adjourn somewhere -- probably a bar -- to swap ME stories and bond.
Castle is so taken with Dief that he offers to adopt him, and when that doesn't work he finds and buys a Dief-lookalike...who actually turns out to be Dief's long-lost twin brother.
[Aside: I have not yet actually seenBody of Proof -- it's a Tuesday-night conflict thing -- and as a result when I see the acronym "BoP", I do the mental flashback to the TV version of Birds of Prey. Which, of course, leads to the conclusion that there should be a BoP/BoP crossover....]
