Random Due South comments:

- This show has so much subtext, I'm surprised they have room left for regular text.

- I didn't realize Vecchio's father's ghost had a.) more than one appearance and b.) such a large part in "North." I like it, though. They're funny together.

- Thatcher is Pure Evil in her earliest episodes, and yet I can't help but love her. Possibly this says something bad about me.

- Thatcher and Fraser are completely adorkable together. And if that wink in "Masks" is anything to go by, Dief knows it, too.

- Is that Raven steals the sun story used in every TV series that has connections to PNW/Alaskan/Western Canadian natives? This is, like, the third or fourth one I've seen.

- Did I mention the scenes between Fraser and Thatcher are insanely cute? 'Cause they are, particularly at the ends of "The Promise" and "Masks."

Okay, this show is quickly ruining several pieces of music I quite liked. I'm a little scared to watch any more.

(Hi, I just watched "Juliet Is Bleeding." Gah. Oh, that funeral was painful.)

Was that...why, yes, it is. That is Amanda Tapping in an episode of Due South. Getting abducted by aliens, no less.

The Canadian film industry really does consist of thirty actors who all regularly show up on each others' shows.

(P.S. I told you I wouldn't be shutting up about this show for a while. Sorry for the spam.)
